Farina Bòna, or farina sec’a, literally means “good flour” or “dry flour” and it is a flour processed from “Ticino” corn. It is a traditional food of Onsernone Valley, in Canton Ticino. This flour is obtained by very finely grinding the corn grains which have been previously toasted. This flour is gluten free. Processed and manufactured by Musicamana 2009, 6654 Cavigliano (CH).
